To commence trading you must register with aeroinsure.com. This will enable you to process all your General Aviation insurance needs online and interactively. Aeroinsure.com enables you to obtain immediate quotations, bind cover and endorsements for your customers, as well as streamlining the claims and accounting procedures. Aeroinsure.com will allow you to streamline your business so that you can concentrate less on paperwork and more on generating new business.

Trading on aeroinsure.com

1. To commence trading on aeroinsure.com we require that you register with us. To do this, please select the "New brokers register here".
   
   
2. Sign the Terms and Conditions on-line, fill out the short insurance broker registration form, sign and fax it to aeroinsure.com, along with a copy of your current Errors and Omissions Insurance Certificate.
   
   
3. You will be contacted by aeroinsure.com within one working day with your User Name and Password. This will enable you to begin trading on aeroinsure.com.
   
   
4. To obtain a fast, easy indicative price for your customer, select the "Quick Indication" option from your insurance broker Menu. This will allow you to obtain an indicative price for your customer in less than 1 minute.
   
   
5. To obtain an immediate quotation, please select "New Quotation" from your Menu and fill in the details of our secure on-line Application Form on behalf of your customer. For an example Application Form, please click here.
   
   
6. You will receive by email a quotation pack which will comprise of a statement of price, a policy summary and a policy document.
   
   
7. If the quotation is acceptable, you may bind cover immediately.
   
   
8. An official Certificate of Insurance and the policy documentation pack will be emailed to you confirming the policy.
   
   
9. You will receive an invoice for each trade, and you will also receive a statement at the end of each month. All premiums are due by the 14th day of the following month.
   
   
10. You may view your client's coverage, request changes or make claims interactively by returning to aeroinsure.com at any time, logging in using your User Name and Password and using our Quick Search function to find your client's quote or policy.
